Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 Week Course + orientation class
Winter: 22 January to 26 March 2019, Tuesdays 7-9pm+ all day Saturday 16 March
Spring: 7 May to 2 July, Tuesdays 7-9pm + all day 22 June
Course fee: £250 (Includes all sessions, retreat day, workbook and minimum 5 recordings of guided practices)
One to One courses available
MBSR Retreat Day 16 March 11am – 5pm (for the current group + past participants)
Retreat Day with Mindfulness Meditations and Qigong Movements
Saturday 29 June 2019 11am – 5pm. Fee £55
Weekly Drop in Meditation Sessions
