The Drop in Meditation allows oneself to re-connect, to re-centre, dropping into the silence and beauty of the now.
The Drop in Meditation takes place every Wednesday 6-7pm, in the peaceful chapel at Cowdray Hall, Midhurst. (Please note there will be no session on 27 September).
These sessions offer an opportunity to have a break from our busy life and busy mind, to sit for an hour in a group with guided mindfulness meditations.
Within the hour Sandrine guides you through two meditations with an inspirational reading, and a pause in between to stretch or change posture. Chairs and cushions are provided. Anyone is welcome, there is no need to book; these sessions are free of charge. These weekly sessions are not a meditation course (if you are looking for a course in mindfulness or meditation, then please have a look at our introduction to mindfulness and the MBSR course).
