A mindfulness retreat day with Kim Lovelace and Sandrine Cranswick
As lockdown restrictions are starting to ease, the river-flow of life is taking us to new openings. We could call it “back to normality” or we could use this period of transit to reflect on what sort of life we would like to create as we come back ‘into the world’.
The COVID space has created time to reflect upon what is really important. Allowing the gradual unfolding of being true to oneself and following our Heart’s desire. How can we follow the thread of our values and intentions while expanding into a thriving, outward, connection with society.
Appropriate tools are required to travel this journey whilst maintaining stability and authenticity. Your guides Sandrine Cranswick (Mindfulness) and Kim Lovelace (Qigong), have a combined 60 years of experience and value these retreats as times to share these useful tools.
Cowdray Hall offers a unique retreat opportunity. Offering tranquillity both within the Hall and during mindful walking in the nearby beautiful woodland. Mainstream mindfulness meditations and simple qigong movements enable mind and body to be grounded, in the moment and to find a steady anchor which is always available. We will explore the mindful approach to take care of ourselves and relate to our inner/outer experiences in a skilful, nurturing way.
