These monthly sessions offer an opportunity to deepen the practice of mindfulness and receive the encouragement and support from the group.
They are for participants who have completed the 8 week course.
Monthly sessions held at Cowdray Hall, usually on the 1st Monday of each month 7-9pm. Summer dates:

- Tuesday 11 September 7-9pm The Garden Room, Capron House, Midhurst
