Mindfulness training is a wonderful tool for life but is not always recommended to undertake depending on your present circumstances; for instance while going through difficult life events such as bereavement, divorce, moving home. If you have any questions regarding your eligibility to undertake the course, please do contact me. I am very happy to hear your personal situation and discuss your eligibility. Once your application is received and assessed, I will contact you to confirm your place on the course or to arrange a telephone conversation to make sure this is the right course at the right time for you. Once your place is agreed please send a non-refundable deposit of £50 to secure your place. The course fee is £250 including 9 weekly sessions, the full day retreat, a workbook and five recordings of the practices. The remaining balance of £200 should be paid at least a week before the course starts. When your place is confirmed, payments can be made through the online booking system on the website or by bank transfer or cheque.
