Kim and I will be offering another of our special retreat day this Saturday 1st July, 11am to 5pm.
The day will be held in the beautiful meeting room of Cowdray Hall. Mostly spent in ‘nurturing’ silence, you will be guided through various mindfulness meditations and gentle Qigong movements throughout the whole day, thus cultivating moment to moment embodied awareness.
Placing our awareness on the senses, the body, breath and mind in stillness and in movements is very beneficial for our mental and physical wellbeing. This thread of mindfulness can then be woven into daily activities.
No previous experience of Qigong is required but some basic understanding and experience of mindfulness and meditation would be preferable. Please do contact us if you have any questions.
