Refresher Sessions

Once the 8 week course is over, it may feel a bit lonely not to have the weekly group support and difficult to keep up with our practice. These monthly sessions offer an opportunity to re-connect with graduates, to deepen our understanding and practice of mindfulness. Participants receive encouragement and support from practicing with a warm, safe and friendly group.

The sessions are like a mini retreat. We practice the various mindfulness practices taught in the MBSR course, with an inspirational reading, a homemade herb tea or infused water. Participants can also ask questions about their daily practice if they wish.

These sessions are for participants who have completed the 8 week MBSR/MBCT course.

Venue: Wild Nest, Petersfield, Hampshire

Dates: Monthly Sundays 11.15am – 1.15pm. Please check the booking page for dates.

Fee: £15 – advance booking by email or telephone.

One to One refresher sessions are available in Midhurst and Petersfield.

"Mindfulness is to be attentive to the present moment, with curiosity, openness and non-judgment. It means to be aware of what we are doing while we are doing it, rather than being dragged away in the past or the future, or driven by our habitual patterns, or caught up in thoughts and stories."
