Sandrine and Claire are very much looking forward to sharing with you ‘Be Calm’; a series of evenings providing mindfulness and healing sounds to improve your health and well-being.

Learn positive, mindful tools that enhance the way you perceive life, get to know the functions of your mind, develop compassion and understanding of yourself and others. Learn to accept yourself and nurture your being so that you can share your positive, kind energy with others. Give time to listen to yourself and your intuition so that you can make better life choices.
