Mindfulness Courses

Sandrine teaches the following evidence-based programmes for the general public (groups and One-to-One), schools and in the workplace:

  • MBCT-L: Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy for Life (Developed by Oxford Mindfulness Centre) for the general public and some workplace settings.

  • M-FP: Finding Peace in a Frantic World (Developed by Oxford Mindfulness Centre) taught in the Workplace, Schools, UK Houses of Parliament and general public

  • Paws B: Mindfulness curriculum for primary school children (developed by MiSP)

Sandrine offers small groups, to create a safe and friendly group dynamic and give individual attention during and between classes.
Participants leave with a ‘toolbox’ and daily practices adapted to their individual lifestyle and situation. Although mindfulness is not a therapy, Sandrine’s courses have shown to be very therapeutic; participants with a range of physical and mental issues such as mild depression, high blood pressure, stress and anxiety, low self-esteem, negative thought patterns, chronic pain, chronic fatigue have greatly benefited from the course. Generally all participants have reported that the course has improved their well-being and social interactions, has increased their appreciation of life and given them the tools to handle their emotions and life challenges with more ease and skills.

How to apply: By application only (limited to 10 people). Please fill in the application form on the booking page. Once your application is received and assessed, Sandrine will confirm your place on the course or arrange a telephone conversation to make sure this is the right course for you at the right time. Once agreed, a deposit will secure your place. The full remaining balance is to be paid up to one week before the start of the course by bank transfer or online. (Some concessions are available)

One to one courses available upon request in Cowdray Therapy rooms or home visits (Midhurst West Sussex, Petersfield Hampshire and Haselmere Surrey) and online.
