Drop in Meditation

The Drop in Meditation allows oneself to re-connect, to re-centre. Stabilising and stilling the mind, dropping into the silence, ‘being’ in the present moment.

Held in a safe and friendly environment, these sessions offer an opportunity to have a break from our busy life and busy mind, to sit for an hour with the support of a group and guided mindfulness meditations.

Within the hour Sandrine guides you through a particular theme for each month, with meditations, an inspirational reading, and a pause in between to stretch or change posture.

These monthly sessions are for intermediate level, it is not a meditation course (if you are looking for a course in mindfulness or meditation, then please have a look at our courses or One2One). If you are unsure please contact us

When: Monthly Drop in Meditation sessions held on the first Wednesday of each month (with some exceptions) at 6-7pm.

– September 6th 2023
– October 11th (not 4th)
– November 1st
– December 6th

Venue: Cowdray Hall, Map

"Mindfulness is to be attentive to the present moment, with curiosity, openness and non-judgment. It means to be aware of what we are doing while we are doing it, rather than being dragged away in the past or the future, or driven by our habitual patterns, or caught up in thoughts and stories."
