One to One Mindfulness Training and Mentoring

For those who wish to learn mindfulness and meditation privately or are not able to join the group course. I recommend to book an orientation session first. In this session I will listen to your needs and situation, introduce the evidence-based MBSR/MBCT courses, discuss the various training options and bespoke a programme to suit your personal needs and lifestyle.

The mindfulness and meditation training is based on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Awareness Coaching and 27 years of personal practice.

Locations: Online and In person.

Please contact us to arrange a Zoom or Skype appointment.

Fees: The course fees vary depending on the programme. Cost for one hour session: I offer a sliding scale of £50 to £75, depending on your financial situation.

All courses include a workbook and recordings of all meditations.

Participants of the one to one course can join the MBSR/MBCT-L group retreat at a reduced fee of £35. This retreat day is recommended and very helpful to deepen our understanding and practice of mindfulness.

Home visits: to cover traveling time and expenses, there is an extra charge of £1.25 per mile to travel from Midhurst.

"Mindfulness is to be attentive to the present moment, with curiosity, openness and non-judgment. It means to be aware of what we are doing while we are doing it, rather than being dragged away in the past or the future, or driven by our habitual patterns, or caught up in thoughts and stories."
