One to One Mindfulness course
For those who wish to learn mindfulness privately or are not able to join the Tuesday group course. Sandrine offers the eight week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR) which includes 8 weekly 75 mins sessions, a workbook and 5 recordings of mindfulness practices.
I would recommend to book an orientation session first. In this session we will discuss your needs and situation, we will talk about the course and what it entails and bespoke a programme to suit your own particular needs.
Private sessions are held in the beautiful therapy rooms next to Cowdray Hall, Midhurst, West Sussex. Home visits may also be arranged within and around Midhurst area, Petersfield and Haselmere.

Fees: The Orientation session is £65. The cost of the 8 week course is £520. A deposit of £120 will secure your allocated slots in the Therapy Room, the remaining £400 is payable before the course starts. Individual sessions are £65 for 75mins (£50 Concessions available).
The MBSR group course includes an all day group retreat. Participants of the one to one course can join the group retreat at a reduced fee of £35. This retreat day is recommended and very helpful to deepen our understanding and practice of mindfulness.
Home visits: to cover my traveling time and expenses, there is an extra charge of £1.25 per mile to travel from GU31 5PY, at the exception of Midhurst/Easebourne, where there is no extra charge.
Other options: Private courses for couples and shorter courses are available upon request.
One to one catch up sessions (for MBSR group participants) are £45-£65 for an hour 15mins
