These monthly sessions offer an opportunity to deepen the practice of mindfulness and receive the encouragement and support from the group. We practice various mindfulness meditations and mindful movements, with an inspirational reading, and time for exploring the experiences of our practice in a warm, safe and friendly atmosphere. These sessions are for participants who have completed the 8 week MBSR course.
Venue: Cowdray Hall (Chapel)
Dates: the 1st Monday of each month 7-9pm (Occasional Tuesdays).
Fee: £15 – advance booking by email or telephone. Group limited to 8.
