– Drop in Meditation Sessions Wednesdays 6-7pm
– Celebrating my 5th Autumn at Cowdray Hall! Tuesday 25th September 7-9.30pm at Cowdray Hall (meeting room). A chance to gather, among those who have done the mindfulness course or attending the Drop in Meditation or simply interested to join the mindfulness community. An evening of short practices, light refreshment with music, a chance to meet and socialize with other mindfulness practitioners and an opportunity to hear about further resources to help your ongoing mindfulness journey.
