One to One

One to One Mindfulness course

For those who wish to learn mindfulness privately or are not able to join the Tuesday group course. Sandrine offers mindfulness and coaching sessions based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Awareness Coaching.

I would recommend to book an orientation session first. In this session we will discuss your needs and situation, we will talk about the MBSR course and what it entails and bespoke a programme to suit your own particular needs.

Locations: All One to One sessions are now held online. Please contact us to arrange a Zoom or Skype appointment. 

Fee for online sessions: £50 per hour (Concessions available)

[Fees at Cowdray Hall, Midhurst and Wild Nest in Petersfield (In person One to One sessions are not available at present):

The Orientation session is £65. The 8 week course is £520 for 8 x 75mins sessions. Individual sessions are £65 for 75mins.]

All courses include a workbook and recordings of all meditations.

Participants of the one to one course can join the group retreat at a reduced fee of £35. This retreat day is recommended and very helpful to deepen our understanding and practice of mindfulness.

Home visits (not available at present): to cover traveling time and expenses, there is an extra charge of £1.25 per mile to travel from GU31 5PY, at the exception of Midhurst/Easebourne, where there is no extra charge.

Other options:

  • Private courses for couples and shorter courses are available upon request.
  • Private course for children and teenagers.
  • One to one catch up sessions (for MBSR group participants)
  • One to One or small group refresher sessions for those who have done the mindfulness course or other training in meditation and mindfulness.
